If you would like to foster animals for the PEHS shelter, please download and fill out the foster home application and return to Prairie’s Edge Humane Society, 1201 Cannon Circle, Faribault, MN 55021.  Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted.  If your application is approved you will need to attend a foster orientation.
